You are responsible for activity on your account, including any content you record and distribute. Keep your credentials secure.

Do not use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, distribute malware, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

You retain ownership of every video, image, and prospect list you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
